Research On The Obstacles And Countermeasures Of Anti-corruption By Institution Reform In The New Stage Of Reform

Corruption,as a social and historical phenomenon,is a global and practical problem.Nowadays,China's corruption is becoming more and more concerned,and the system has become the most important foothold of China's anti-corruption work.Based on this,in order to reform the obstacles and Countermeasures of the new stage of reform and Countermeasures for the research content,it has great theoretical and practical significance to the present and even in the future.In this study,a series of in-depth analysis of the system of anti-corruption issues,around the "what is what-why-how to do" the basic idea of the discussion.The article is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,introduces the background and significance of this paper,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,introduces the research methods and research contents of this paper,the innovation of.The second part is an overview of the system of anti-corruption,including the definition of corruption and anti-corruption,the connotation,characteristics and elements of the system of anti-corruption.The third part is the historical inevitability of the anti-corruption system,and analyzes the theoretical basis,historical basis and realistic basis of the system.The fourth part is the obstacles facing the system of anti-corruption at the present stage,mainly from two angles of objective obstacles and subjective obstacles.The fifth part is to promote the system of anti-corruption measures,emphasizing the strengthening of the sense of integrity,improve the legal system,and establish a sound mechanism for the supervision of the whole people.The focus of this paper is based on the analysis of the obstacles faced by the system,and puts forward a series of countermeasures to promote the system of anti-corruption.This paper adopts the method of comparative study,historical analysis method and system analysis method,put forward to eradicate corruption,we must adhere to the system of anti-corruption;to solve the current anti-corruption system facing the objective and subjective obstacles,we must strengthen the consciousness,perfect law,guarantee law and use the law,anti-corruption.Establish an independent anti-corruption agency,to overcome the obstacles of local protectionism,establish and improve the supervision mechanism ofthe whole people's anti-corruption,comprehensive management of corruption.
