Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Local Government In Environmental Emergencies

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standards have been improved continuously,the problems of environmental pollution and ecological destruction are becoming more and more serious.Environmental problems are concerned,and the number of environmental emergencies increases annually,and the extent and scope of its hazards are expanding.At present,the high incidence of environmental emergencies in China,the local government how to cope with environmental emergencies more efficiently become an urgent problem to be solved.Under the guidance of political theory,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of environmental emergencies in local government.On the basis of exploring the cause of the problem,propose countermeasures for local governments to cope with environmental emergencies from advance,in matter,and afterwards.This article includes five parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic.Carding the research status of relevant results at home and abroad,on this basis,this paper proposes the research ideas,methods,content and innovation points.The second part is theoretical analysis,firstly,the environmental emergencies and their characteristics are analysed.Then the local government should analyze the basic theory of environmental emergencies.The third part is the present situation analysis,firstly,summarize the current situation of local governments in coping with environmental emergencies.Combined with the typical case of environmental emergencies,find out the problems of local government to cope with environmental emergencies.And the reason analysis is carried out.The fourth part is the revelation of experience,mainly introducing foreign governments to deal with environmental emergencies and measures,to provide experience and enlightenment for local governments to cope with environmental emergencies.The fifth part is the countermeasure analysis,combining with the problems of typical environmental emergencies,on the basis of the experience of foreign countries,put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of local government to cope with environmental emergencies.
