Research On The Emergency Management System Of Urban Emergencies In My Country

In the course of the development of human history,all kinds of emergencies have been the major problems.Starting from the basic theory of emergency management,this paper starts with the definition and characteristics of city,emergency and emergency management,and introduces the basic connotation and theory of emergency management.In our country city in Hangzhou,for example,extract the advantages and disadvantages of typical city emergency management,summarize the experience of emergency management at home and abroad,analyzed the pros and cons of processing gain and loss of a major incident happened before,put forward to establish the optimum path of city emergency management system in our country.Full text through the study of the basic theory of emergency management in our country,comparing the domestic and foreign cases and practice,using the literature research,qualitative research,comparative research,research methods,such as deductive before induction.The optimized path of emergency management in future China will be discussed in concluding part,as well as the detailed practice of “one case with three systems”.Apart from that,the ending part of the essay puts forward the intelligent prospect of emergency management,conforming the historical moment of the party and government institutional reform and in combination with big data,under the materialized operation lead by emergency management group.
