A Research Of Integration On Rural Migrants In Shanxi Reservoir Of Huayi Village Puqi Town Yueqing City

Immigration is a slow,complex and difficult process.Shanxi reservoir immigrants started moving to Huayi village,now has more than ten years,is now in the stage of late immigrant support.In this paper,relocated to Shanxi reservoir Huayi village of Yueqing city rural migrants as the research object,through field research,combined with the study of the relevant literature,from the four dimensions of economic,political,cultural and psychological,social relations,elaborated the Shanxi reservoir migration to melt into the present situation and development process of Huayi village after the change.This paper analyzes the problems of the integration of immigrants,points out the problems and contradictions,and explores the ideas and Countermeasures to solve these problems.The formation of this article mainly stems from two considerations: how about the production and living conditions of immigrants? Has immigration been integrated into the area? Shanxi reservoir of Huayi village immigrants moved to research and analysis from the economic,political,cultural and social psychology into the relationship between the status quo,found the economic income of migrants is weak,the way to make a living single,political participation is not high,the lack of a sense of ownership,legal consciousness,easy to form a vicious circle.Because it is a cross County near migration,immigration and customs of Shanxi reservoir resettlement mode of production,has little difference,which reduces the immigration into the local threshold;in the political participation of immigrants and local villagers enjoy the equal rights of immigrants,but the lack of enthusiasm,which requires the transformation of social role cognition and self migration as long as the positioning,establish a sense of ownership,immigration had into power;at the same time immigration satisfaction in land and housing and other factors is higher,these are immigrants well into the local basis.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions: to implement the policy,strengthen the support work;accelerate the pace of rich Immigrant Entrepreneurship;strengthen education,improve the comprehensive quality of immigrants;strengthen the legal policy guidance and propaganda,improve the legal consciousness of immigrants and local residents,the judicial personnel’s knowledge.This article puts forward two points of view in solving the problem of integration: first,economic income has an important influence on the process of immigration.Improving the economic income of immigrants and reducing the income gap between immigrants and local residents is the primary task of immigration work at the present stage.Second,the government will not only provide policy and economic support,but also pay more attention to the psychological guidance of immigrants.Measures should be taken to create a healthy,positive and friendly atmosphere in the immigrant community,and activities should be carried out to promote communication and communicationbetween the migrants and the relocated villagers.We hope that the three sides of the government,society and immigrants will make joint efforts to achieve the goal of "moving,stabilizing and getting rich".
