Where there are people,there will be conflict.Social conflict always exists in human society.Community cultural conflict is a kind of social conflict.With the accelerated pace of urbanization in China,especially for the minority areas,it has vast human geography environment since ancient times.The vast geographical area,special position,abundant resource,numbers of ethnic and difference of development,they all have decided the particularity and importance of minority area of our country.The solution to the cultural conflict in urban communities is the most important part of the task.The current work of maintain stability can’t be ignored,but also has a profound political significance for the development of urbanization in minority areas.Based on the theory of community conflict and cooperative governance,this paper explores the internal and external causes of the cultural conflict in the minority city community,and finds out the law of development and the new features of the cultural conflicts in urban communities.It will find out the weak links and problems,analyze problems and difficulties,check and correct the theories that put forward the corresponding countermeasures and solve the path for these problems combined with the public governance experience of the community culture conflict in frontier minority area of Nanning.Besides,the paper puts forward some suggestions and institutions and provides practical guidance for the public governance of urban communities in the frontier minority areas which based on its particularity of the cultural conflict.Community governance from the cultural conflict to the partnership,the formation of the combination finally successful forms a harmonious community,a harmonious city and harmonious society which of the fate of the community,the responsibility and interests of community. |
