With the development of times,people's education level becomes more and more important to the society.As an essential form of offering education,co mmunity education is becoming increasingly valuable for the enhancement of people's cultural qualities and the enrichment of their spirits.Moreover,community education can provide great support for the local development.While social environment is changing and the concept of lifelong learning is becoming more and more popular amount people,community education is being required to accelerate development to adapt the needs of the society.Nevertheless,in the last thirteen years,there are many problems have been accumulated during the rapid development of community education.It's not only hampers the progress of constructing the Learning Society,but also seriously restricts the local development.As a consequence,carrying out researches of community education becomes extremely urgent.Since 2008,ShuiJingFang Community in JinJiang District of C hengDu C ity has set about researching the various problems appeared in the community education,and finally developed a unique 3235 Mode.This mode has solved existing problems in the community education of ShuiJingFang Community,successful broken the bottleneck of the development of community education,and made a outstanding achievement.This paper takes the community education 3235 Mode of ShuiJingFang Community as a case,carries on research on three aspects of community education management system innovation,community education resources integration and community education participation enhancement.By concluding the successful experiences of 3235 Mode,the autho r hopes to popularize its innovation to other communities which also come across the same problems in the community education.This paper follows the idea of raising questions,analyzing issues and summarizing experiences.Through the case study,this paper analyzes and researches 3235Mode's practical way of solving the problems in community education.First step is raising current situation and significance of community education researches;Second step is analyzing 3235Mode's method of breaking through the dilemma in community education from three aspects;Third step is summarizing the successful experiences of 3235 Mode,and making an expectation on the future development direction of community education mode.
