With the further aging of the social population in Liaoning Province,the elderly care service industry in Liaoning Province has developed rapidly.A home-based,community-based,and institutional-based supplementary service system has been initially established,and the consumer market formed around the production of old people has begun.Formation,the development of the elderly service industry has made significant progress.But in general,the development of the aged care service industry in Liaoning is still in its infancy,and the aged care needs of the elderly have not been fully met.In order to promote the rapid development of the aged care service industry in Liaoning Province,it is necessary to first measure and evaluate the current level of development of the aged care service industry in Liaoning Province,in order to find problems from it and solve the problems accurately and efficiently,so as to achieve rapid relief of social ageing in Liaoning Province Purpose of pressure.Based on the study and understanding of the related concepts and supporting theories of the elderly service industry,this paper summarizes the research ideas of scholars at home and abroad by reading a lot of domestic and foreign literature on the elderly service industry,and summarizes and lists the possible impacts on the elderly service industry.The level of development factors,followed by consulting expert opinions,and using the Delphi method to extract important influencing factors from the above factors,so as to establish an index system for evaluating the development level of the elderly service industry at four levels,and apply the analytic hierarchy process to the system The weights of all indicators in the index are assigned.Based on the above-mentioned evaluation model of the development level of the elderly service industry,an empirical analysis of the development level measurement of the elderly service industry in Liaoning Province is made.Using the standardized data in recent years combined with the weights of the indicator system,the indicators are calculated using a linear weighted sum Composite index.Through a longitudinal comparison of the comprehensive indexes of the three old-age care service models in Liaoning Province,such as home,community and institution,the development level and development trend of different development modes of the old-age care service industry in Liaoning Province can be analyzed from its own perspective.Next,we will select other representative and comparative provinces in China for horizontal comparison.Finally,we can obtain a comprehensive evaluation of the development level of the elderly service industry in Liaoning Province across the country.At present,the development of the elderly service industry in Liaoning Province is nationwide.It is at the middle-to-upper level,but whether it is longitudinally compared with historical development level or horizontally compared with the development level of other provinces across the country,there is still much room for improvement in the performance of the elderly care service industry in Liaoning Province.The development status of the three mainstream pension service models is consistent with the national pension service system.Home pension is the most basic and main pension service model.At the same time,it depends on the community pension service model to better integrate with social pension.The institutional pension service model is relatively complementary,and its development and initial stage need to be further promoted.In order to provide more targeted countermeasures and suggestions,specific analysis and evaluation of the influencing factors of different development models were conducted.Finally,based on the above evaluation results,the development environment of the aged care service model and the government were used to optimize the development environment of the aged care service model.The two major aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the development level of the aged care industry in Liaoning Province.
