Research On The Team-construction Of The Suburb Police Station

The objective of this paper is to improve the construction of local police station in the suburbs of the city through team-building. With case study of a typical police station in the suburbs of Guang Zhou, the analysis finds that police reform in the new period should return to the direction of the team building of people-oriented, by shaping team beliefs and focusing performance objectives for team members to provide driving force and traction force,to let the team members to obtain consistent and Realization of person-organization-environment of harmony from awareness to action.The key limitation of this study is that it base on the study of a typical police station, which just representative of those suburban police station with similar scale and security environment.This research has realized the optimized adjustment of the police operation mode of the A police station, and makes their team managers to pay attention to the team members’ job satisfaction and the crowd’s satisfaction, enhance the overall performance of A police station.The innovation of the study is to explore the application of team management in the public sector by using the method of field research, and explore the application of team management in the public sector, which provides a new direction for the police reform of the police station in the next step.
