Study On The Public Affairs Of Local Government Portal

In China’s implementation of government affairs for more than 20 years,step by step from the experimental unit to the promotion to a wide range of open,and finally formed with the Chinese characteristics of the open system of government affairs,which is not only an important part of the democratic system,but also an objective requirement for opening up and developing a socialist market economy.It also plays an important role in improving the government management system,promoting the national governance system and modernizing the governance capability.After the implementation of the online government affairs in China in 1999,the way of Opening government affairs through network was rose,then the special government portal has appeared.Government portal by its advantages of opening,transparency,convenience and shortcut is widely used in Chinese governments at all levels,as the platform and window of providing information services and communicating with the public,which has also become a weathervane of reflecting government open level on all levels of government.How to use the government portal to conduct government affairs,is what the government is trying to do.While it can be seen that good results have been achieved in this regard,there are still some government portals do not have enough in opening government affairs,and has a gap with the goal of building a service-oriented government.In order to find out the specific problems and reasons,this study takes the Jincheng city government portal of Shanxi Province as an example to explore the effectiveness and deficiency of its government affairs work,so as to try to put forward some perfect countermeasures and hope to provide a reference for government work of other local government portal.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part,it briefly introduces the purpose of the topic,the meaning of the topic,the status quo at home and abroad,research methods and innovation.The second part,some concepts and theories related to the topic are analyzed,including the connotation,creation,development course,the connotation,characteristics and function of the government portal,the relationship between government portal and public affairs,the significance of public affairs ofgovernment portal to social development.The third part,the basic situation of the government affairs of the Jincheng online is introduced,including its main public content,the open form and its achievements in all aspects.The fourth part,it is obtain the existing problems and the reasons of the Jincheng city government portal in the government affairs through the public satisfaction questionnaire survey and analysis.The fifth part,it is to try to put forward feasible countermeasures for the existing problems.
