Research On The Influence Of New Media On The New Generation Of Migrant Workers' Integration Into City

Today is in a period of rapid development of the mobile Internet,and the growing popularity of smart terminals such as smart mobile phones and iPad has made human's way of thinking and behavior change tremendously.At the same time,the media technology and the way of media transmission have also changed tremendously,a variety of new media have sprung up,the main body of communication is more diverse,the content of communication are richer,the effect of communication is more prominent.With the continuous development of cities,a large number of the new generation of migrant workers have poured into cities,and it has brought a lot of labor to cities.Different from the traditional migrant workers in the past,the new generation of migrant workers have access to new media more widely,and they use new media more frequently,and they are more dependent on new media.However,the impact of new media on the new generation of migrant workers is even more profound,and new media plays a certain role in the process of the new generation of migrant workers' integration into city.The new generation of migrant workers as the main force in the city of migrant workers,making an indelible contribution to the modernization of the city,but there are still many resistance factors for the new generation of migrant workers to truly integrate into the city.New media is an important tool for the new generation of migrant workers' integration into city,how to guide the new generation of migrant workers to use new media effectively has become an urgent issue.In this study,Zhengzhou,which is the provincial capital of Henan was chosen as the site of the study,and the construction,manufacturing,business,services,accommodation and catering industry of Zhengzhou were investigated to questionnaire and in-depth interviews.A total of 500 questionnaires were issued,and we have in-depth interviews with 6 people.By late finishing interview data,at the same time,by using statistical software for the recovery of 480 valid questionnaires were related research and analysis,We have a basic understanding of the influence of new media on the new generation of migrant workers' integration into city.The results show that the use of new media has a certain influence on the new generation of migrant workers' integration into city.The usage mode of new media is different,the influence of new media on the new generation of migrant workers' integration into city is also different.Facing the progress of science and technology and the change of society,how to play the role of new media,how to take the essence and discard the dross,How to provide the beneficial effects of the new generation of migrant workers into the city better?This is the need for the country and the community to think and concern.Based on the above findings,we try to put forward some suggestions and Countermeasures in this study:Firstly,we want to strengthen the supervision of the use of new media policy;Secondly,Building a new platform of media for the new generation of migrant workers;Thirdly:conducting online and offline activities;Forthly,the new generation of migrant workers should improve their media literacy.Through the joint efforts of the government,the society and the new generation of migrant workers,we can effectively accelerate the process of the new generation of migrant workers 'integration into city.
