A Research On The Communist Youth League's Participation In Community Governance

The gradually accelerated modernization has brought China more opportunities to promote economic growth and social development,as well as a lot of challenges which can not be neglected.In order to serve the community and promote the development of public utilities,it requires not only the effective regulation and control of the government,but also other social organizations to play the role to the full.As an important force of our Communist Party of China and an important source for talents,the Communist Youth League should not only carry out their political functions,but also not ignore their social functions,especially the functions of community governance?In order to complete the process of building a moderately well-off society in all aspects,the Central Committee of the Communist of China(CPC)put forward the slogan of strengthen and innovate the community governance according to the practical work.According to the current situation,the Communist Youth League is undoubtedly facing a new opportunity and a more broad space for development.This paper carries on a multidimensional analysis based on the theory of public administration,administrative management and community management.The author combines the documentary research method,case analysis,system analysis method to sort out the existing theories,and puts an emphasis on the responsibility which the Communist Youth League should undertake in community governance.In this paper,the writer takes the Communist Youth League of Wenfeng District,Anyang City as a case to seek solutions to the problems occurred through the actual work.In this case study,the writer analyses the working mode,operation mechanism,the relationship between government and the Communist Youth League,the specific principles,methods and breakthrough points in practical work.After the case analysis,the author puts forward the following solutions:Play the new media function effectively?establish a variety of effective youth guidance system?establish a community-based management system?enhance the overall quality of the team?find the focus of work,etc.Only in this way,can the Communist Youth League promote and deepen its own functions and provide new ideas and new methods for community governance as well as provide information for the relevant research.
