Analysis On The Demand And Its Differences Of Community Endowment Service

In recent years,with the development of China's aging population,pension problems become major issues about national economy and people's livelihood continues to be concerned.In our country with a large population base,and form the spindle of the population age structure,the social demand for pension services increasingly significant,at present,our country mainly home endowment and community endowment and institution endowment of three methods for pension is given priority to,as one of the main way of pension,community endowment already satisfied the psychological demands that occupy the home of old people,also cut the cost of pension services,its advantage is increasingly apparent.In the process of community endowment service,to improve the quality and efficiency of pension services,must understand the elderly to community endowment service demands and demands' diversity,according to the different characteristics of the elderly community groups,to provide targeted services,to meet the diverse needs of the community elderly pension services.In this paper,by using the theory of community care,social need,welfare pluralism theory,using literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,inductive deductive,through to the community endowment and community endowment service needs related literature review,sorting,analyzes the characteristics of elderly population in China,as well as the present situation of the community endowment service,analyze the CLASS survey data sorting,we establish contingency and Logistic regression model,using SPSS software to calculate,age,gender,educational level,the number of dwell,chronic disease prevalence as independent variables,the demand for community endowment service condition,the factors influencing the demand and the difference of the demand is analyzed,and put forward countermeasures to improve the community endowment service.This paper consists of introduction,related concepts and theoretical basis,China's aging population characteristics and the status quo of community endowment service,community endowment service demand and difference analysis,countermeasures ofperfecting our country's community endowment service,conclusion and the forecast of six parts,the key part is chapter 3 and chapter 4,through the analysis of statistical data,it is concluded that the characteristics of elderly population in China and the development of community endowment service present situation,and through the calculation the CLASS survey data,analysis of community endowment service demand,we establish contingency analysis of the difference of community endowment service needs and establish the Logistic regression model to analyze the influence factors of community endowment service needs.The innovation of this article lies in: the classification of the community endowment service,the spirit of comfort services into life to take care of the type of service,the community endowment service is divided into life care services,medical care service and leisure social service three categories,the demand for community endowment service were analyzed,respectively will influence factors and the demand for specific services,we establish contingency analysis of the difference of demand diversity specific to each service,has a realistic significance.
