Study On Urban Community Endowment Demand In Hohhot

With the development of social economy,the improvement of people's living standards,the elderly increase the "silver wave",the importance and necessity of the pension problem is imminent.At present,the traditional family endowment function is weakening,institutional endowment is facing the difficult,the development of the urban community has found a new way to support the development of our country—community endowment.Taking the community as the main body,and combine all the efforts of family,the society and the government for the old people to create a living in the familiar environment,don't away from the family and the society,and enjoy the community has offered such as life care,medical care and spiritual entertainment for the elderly,to meet the elderly personalized demand.In this paper,from the development of the 474 elderly of difference endowment service for investigate,analyze and discusse of the city in Hohhot.First of all,Use the stratified sampling method to determine the 474 elderly people aged 60 and above are object of study of the Xinhua community in Xincheng District,Xingan South Road community in Saihan District,Sanshundian community in Huimin District and Xiaoxijie community in Yuquan District of Hohhot.Secondly the questionnaire survey of 474 elderly people do a statistical analysis to understand the basic situation of the elderly and then analyze the needs of the elderly pension.Finally,use the descriptive statistical analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis method to analyze the different characteristics of the elderly economic demand and the protection of the community endowment service demand,medical and health care demand and spiritual life and entertainment community pension needs of the degree of influence.The results show:(1)In terms of economic security,in the city of Hohhot,between the monthly income of the elderly,Worked in government agencies,state-owned enterprises and institutions,private enterprises work,with his wife living and other factors and the economic security demand that the regression coefficient is less than 0,that is a negative correlation,and only the elderly living alone on the economic security demand of the regression coefficient of 1.187,that is a positive correlation.At the same time with these factors of the elderly to the community pension economic demand of the occurrence ratio is different.(2)In terms of life care,the age of the elderly,the living alone,and other living conditions on the demand for living care that the regression coefficient are greater than 0,with the age increases that the elderly are more lonely,the greater the need for life care,While the correlation coefficient between the elderly and his wife living on the community's care demand is-1.072,that is a negative correlation.At the same time the different factors of the elderly on the impact of different degrees of care.(3)In terms of Spiritual entertainment,the elder's children and who worked in private enterprises for spiritual entertainment that the regression coefficient are less than 0.That is a negative correlation.then the old age of education,age,with his wife living and worked in government agencies and other factors on the spirit of entertainment needs with the regression coefficient are greater than 0,that is a positive correlation.At the same time the different factors of the elderly on the impact of spiritual entertainment demand significantly different.(4)In terms of medical care.It is mainly the age of the elderly,with his wife living,living alone,worked in government agencies and other factors on the community's medical care of the regression coefficient is greater than 0,that is a positive correlation,and the elder level of education of the regression coefficient with the medical care is-0.840,which is a negative correlation.And the different characteristics of the elderly have different degrees of impact on medical care.Finally,based on the differences between the needs of the elderly in Hohhot,the paper puts forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions in combination with the effect and problems of the urban community in Hohhot.In order to meet the demand of the elderly in Hohhot urban community endowment services,so as to effectively solve the pension problem caused by the aging of the population.
