The Exploration Of Improving The Mode Of City Community Endowment In China

Nowadays, the aging problem in our country is becoming more and more serious. The number of the nuclear families is also increased sharply which produced with the implementation of the family planning policies, the various contradictions in the traditional pension model and the changes in family structure is becoming increasingly prominent. Community is closely related with people’s lives, with a unique human and material resources and regional advantages. Community-based, community endowment rises as a practical way of pension. The community endowment from the actual needs of the elderly, and provide a full range and diversity of pension services for the elderly in community. It has many advantages, such as easily accepted by the elderly, saving pension costs, optimizing the allocation of social resources, creating a good social atmosphere and so on.The paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is an introduction, including the issues raised, the background and significance of the study, the research status at home and abroad, as well as research content and methods. The second part defines the definition of urban community and introduces some basic theories about community endowment, including social role theory, urban community protection theory and community care theory. The third section describes the aging status quo in China and analysis the feasibility of urban community endowment in our country. The fourth section analyzes the factors restricting our community endowment. Part V describes the useful experience of community endowment in developed countries some cities in China, and draws inspiration. Part VI make recommendations to make the community endowment sound in our country, which is on the basic of the situation in China, combine the influencing factors about the development of community endowment, draw experience from others, and raise suggestions form government guidance, social awareness, and the social pension system construction.The last part is the conclusion.
