Research On The Identification Strategy In The Field Of Policy Evaluation Under A Counterfactual Framework

In order to be able to more objectively evaluate the effectiveness of a policy implementation,it is often used in the field of microeconomics to use causal analysis to identify or evaluate the effect of a policy,and the tool used is called Identification Strategy.The research focus of this paper has two points,the one is through the years of literature collation and research,summed up the highest utilization rate of the four identification strategies and analysis,such as the amount of data required,the pros and cons and limitations,involving the field of policy evaluation,the new trends and trends of policy effect evaluation in international academic circles in recent years,and the methods used in the field of policy evaluation,provide reference for the selection of evaluation tools in the field of policy evaluation.The second is to choose the most popular identification strategy and the development of the most mature identification strategy through the comparative analysis of the same policy to study the advantages and disadvantages of the two and the scope of application,while the corresponding recommendations of the policy.The research methods of this paper are literature research,comparative analysis and empirical research.This paper discusses the theoretical basis of the recognition strategy,the government intervention needs to implement the relevant policies,the need for objective evaluation and analysis of the effect of policy implementation,and thus can help to raise the level of government intervention;domestic and foreign scholars in theory And the practice of the identification strategy for the early exploration and research,laid a good theoretical basis.In the second part,the article summarizes the early classical identification strategy literature and the article about the identification strategy in the last six years.Through the basic arrangement of the article,we find out the research trend of the identification strategy in the international field.The application of the policy evaluation field is more and more extensive,more RDD method was included in the top journals,while the DID method as a widely used identification strategy still has a good performance.This paper chooses the case of rectification of administrative divisions merged into Dongcheng and Xicheng from Chongwen District and Xuanwu District in 2010 in Beijing,trying to analyze the Trying to analyze and verify the operational performance of Regression Discontinuity.
