A Study On The Relationship Between Social Support,Mental Health And Relapse Tendency Of Drug Rehabilitation Personnel

Objective:To study the relationship among social support,mental health and relapse tendency of drug rehabilitation personnel.Methods:164 drug rehabilitation personnel were examined by social support rating scale(SSRS),self-reporting inventory(SCL-90),single class implicit association test(SC-IAT),152 of them were valid sample.The analysis of those statistics adopts correlation analysis,regression analysis,and intermediary effect tests by SPSS 18.0.Result:The score of somatization,obsessive-compulsive,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoid ideation,psychoticism and the total score of SCL-90 in mental health of drug rehabilitation personnel were respectively 1.69 ± 0.56.1.89 ±0.60?1.80±0.57?1.65±0.55?1.70±0.53?1.34±0.44?1.56±0.52?1.62±0.51 and 152.38 ± 41.98,and it was significantly higher than that of normal people(p<0.05).The mental health of drug rehabilitation personnel was significant negatively correlated with the subjective support except for somatization and anxiety(p<0.05).Somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoid ideation,psychoticism and the toal score of SCL-90 in mental health was significant negatively correlated with the degree of utilization of support and the total score of social support(p<0.05);The mental health of drug rehabilitation personnel was not significantly negatively correlated with the objective support except for somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression and phobia.Objective support,subjective support,degree of utilization of support and the total score of social supportof drug rehabilitation personnel was significant negatively correlated with the total score of relapse tendency(r=-0.182?-0.251?-0.348?-0.328,p<0.05),and the degree of utilization of support can effectively predict their relapse tendency(?=-1.840,t=-4.548,p=.000).Somatization,obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoid ideation,psychoticism and the total score of SCL-90 in mental health of drug rehabilitation personnel was significant positively correlated with the total score of relapse tendency(r=0.218?0.268?0.336?0.228?0.260?0.245?0.179?0.274?0.229?0.277,p<0.05),and interpersonal sensitivity can effectively predict their relapse tendency(?=.7.347,t=4.391,p=.000).The degree of utilization of support of drug rehabilitation personnel plays a complete mediating effect on the relationship between the interpersonal sensitivity and the relapse tendency(p<0.05).Conclusion:The mental health of drug rehabilitation personnel is not so good and at a low level.And the interpersonal sensitivity of mental health affects their relapse tendency through the degree of utilization of support.
