Volunteer service is an effective way of social comprehensive innovation,a powerful gripper of spiritual civilization construction in the new period,a effective carrier to cultivate and carry forward the socialist core values.Volunteer is the important human resources of Volunteer services,and an important force to maintain social stability and promote social development.So,how to arouse the enthusiasm of the volunteers,and give full play to their role,as contribute to social Civilization and harmony develop,That is a topic worth studying.This article uses the literature method,the reference method and questionnaire method for research.Analysis of the research and practice at home and abroad about volunteer incentive.Together with the present situation,volunteer organization,volunteer recruitment,training-management,service work arrangement,the volunteer spirit of propaganda,and the local government support for volunteer work of wenchang city.And take the volunteers of wenchang in hainan province as the research object,through investigating the motive for the volunteers to participate in volunteer service,the hope to get what kind of reward,and the cause of the exit.Using ratio analysis on the results of the survey statistics,with different gender,age,education,political affiliation,economic income,and properties of volunteers differentiation demand analysis,puts forward countermeasures about volunteer incentive from the society,the volunteer organizations and individual volunteers.In the aspect of social incentives,perfecting the legal policy,incentive work laws;carrying forward the culture of volunteer spirit,build the whole people to participate in an atmosphere;widen financing channels,to ensure enough working funds.In the aspect of volunteer organizations,including,specification volunteer incentive management system within the organization,implementation of information management,to strengthen the education and training of volunteers and innovation services.In the aspect of individual volunteer,mainly complete self motivation from self observation,self evaluation and self improvement.
