Study On Civil Police Incentive System At Drug Rehabilitation Center Under Mandatory Isolation And Judicial Administration

This article takes the police incentive system of the H detoxification Institute as the research object and starts from the practice of the detoxification Institute.To carry out and follow the main research ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,we have discussed the current situation,problems and ways to improve the incentive system of H addiction treatment centers in detail.The purpose of the study is to establish an efficient and reasonable incentive system,so as to promote the construction of the police force in the detoxification Institute and promote the development of the drug rehabilitation work.From the specific content,this paper used incentive related theories,such as demand level theory and reinforcement theory,to explain the related problems based on the theoretical basis,and mainly introduced the incentive status of H detoxification police through questionnaires,data analysis and other research methods.Through the research,we find that there are still many problems in the incentive system of H addiction treatment,which are mainly manifested in the irrational distribution of income,the mere formality of assessment,the lack of spiritual encouragement,and the fact that the position promotion system can not really select talents.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward a series of improvement measures,including the improvement of the path of material motivation and the improvement of the path of spiritual motivation.Through the research in this paper,we hope to promote the standardization and scientification of the incentive system of H detoxification police,stimulate the enthusiasm of police,improve work efficiency and ensure the realization of work objectives.
