Legal Risk Assessment Of The Contract Management In Ordos Power Enterprises

With the improvement of the management system in the power companies,the risk management analysis has also made great progress,especially on contract management of legal risks has paid more attention.This paper introduces the research progress on contract management,risk assessment,and then explain the research method is mainly based on AHP and fuzzy evaluation.The second chapter introduces the concept of legal risk management contracts,respectively,from the macro and micro view point out the significance of contract management;and pointed out a contract of this research is based on three common types of power companies contract that procurement contracts,Power engineering contracts,contract R & D management.The third chapter describes the legal risks of contract management,contract signing process through analysis,research before signing the contract,the contract is signed,the performance of the contract,when the contract dispute legal risk method,summed up the 13 points as the main legal risks Index System level analysis of papers.The fourth chapter describes the status of legal development Erdos Power Enterprise and contract management measures to reduce the legal risks taken.Finally,application of the concept of AHP,and determined by the Delphi scoring weight of each indicator index system weight,and finally the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for Erdos Electric Power Enterprise Contract Management legal risks empowerment calculated to give the The final evaluation scores.The results of this task will help Erdos power enterprises through legal means,internal control means,to identify and resolve contract management in the potential risks,establish risk control system contract to provide a strong legal as a strategic goal,to achieve the business objectives of the enterprise protection.
