Research On Contract Legal Risk Management Of BK Company

With the development of BK company and the continuous improvement of various operation and management systems,as it is a state-owned production enterprise,it is particularly necessary to study and improve the legal risks of contract management in terms of the avoidance of corporate legal risks.This article first from the literature research Angle,summarizes the domestic and foreign literature review about the enterprise risk,the enterprise contract risk.Secondly,the main risk identification and risk assessment methods are summarized from the perspective of risk management,so as to provide method basis for the identification and assessment of legal risks of BK company in the following part.Again,this paper discusses BK company management business characteristics of contract law,summarizes the problems of the management and using expert scoring method for BK company,the contract law of risk identification and puts forward the calculation principle of analytic hierarchy process,and setting up the hierarchy in the risk evaluation model,using Yaahp software for the legal BK company contract risk index weight calculation,the fuzzy evaluation method,comprehensive evaluation of BK company contract legal risk analysis.Finally,the paper proposes the corresponding measures to avoid the contract performance risk and contract text management risk.The research results of this paper are helpful for BK company to find and solve the legal risks in the contract management process by using legal means and internal control means,and to enhance the enterprise's ability to resist contract legal risks and enhance its comprehensive competitiveness by avoiding and preventing contract legal risks.
