The Urbanization Research Of New Community Residents In Hebei Province

China society is in the transition period from traditional agricultural society to the modern information society.During this period,the urbanization process is accelerating,countries stressed the need to focus on quality and efficiency of urbanization,constantly promote people-oriented,urban and rural areas,a new urbanization building livable,with the realization of urbanization is the ultimate goal.The final index to measure the urbanization effect is the urbanization level and quality.In order to solve the citizenization of rural residents,farmers in the new community came into being,the new community is from the traditional rural community to the modern city community life,continue to accept the concept of modernization,the modernization process of transformation behavior,to gradually integrate into the city and modern civilization.As a government led by the new type of community,the new community is not only the change of rural living space and social economic activity,also includes the traditional village social relations and organizational structure reorganization,in this transitional period,due to the lack of necessary to guide the "buffer" phase and the subsequent new government,residents in the community the process of urbanization is facing a lack of identity and sense of belonging,disintegration and reconstruction of the network of social relations,re employment competition,and other aspects of the lack of system guarantee.The new community as a key node of China's new urbanization advancement,solve public issues of this type of community residents,can not be ignored to improve the quality of China's new urbanization and realize the modernization of people.In this paper,a new community in Hebei,Shahe Province as the object of investigation,for the new community J community field research,using questionnaire survey and in-depth interview method of combining data and data collection.Based on the analysis of domestic and international research status quo,This paper analyzes the current situation of the residents of the new J community in Shahe from the aspects of life style,income source,employment,basic rights and psychological attitude,The results show that the new type of community residents in Shahe has a certain degree of progress,but there are still many problems as a whole,For example,the lack of the corresponding system security,employment competition,alack of re employment training,the disintegration and reconstruction of social networks and the lack of sense of belonging and identity of the residents are not invited,etc.Aiming at the problems existing in the process of citizenization of the new community J community in Shahe,Finally,from the three levels of government,community and residents,the author puts forward some suggestions to promote the citizenization of new community residents,Including the improvement of the security system,strengthen the management of the community,change the traditional ideas and efforts to improve the quality of their own residents,accelerate the integration of modern civilization.This paper discusses the problem of the residents of the new community in Shahe,in order to provide a useful reference for the process of accelerating the process of urbanization of farmers in Hebei Province.
