The Issue Of Internet Sovereignty Research

In recent years,the rapid development of network technology,people's food and clothing lives row very closely associated with the network,the country's political,economic,cultural and diplomatic and so on various aspects all is closely related to the network.Followed by all sorts of problems related to network space,one of which is related to cyberspace legal issues,legal issues is mainly on the one hand is the issue of domestic laws and regulations about cyberspace,on the other hand is the problem of national sovereignty in cyberspace,is the problem of network sovereignty.The emergence of network space,the corollary of cyberspace jurisdiction division problem,and due to the particularity of network space,makes the division of jurisdiction over cyberspace cannot be as clear-cut as traditional national sovereignty,therefore the jurisdiction over the division of power in the network space will result in a conflict.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part explains the concept of network sovereignty and the background,analyzes the rationality of the proposed network sovereignty,cyberspace can regulate and authenticity,sovereignty is the focus of national sovereignty in information network sovereignty has the vital significance.The second part expounds the relation between the network sovereignty and national sovereignty,national sovereignty theory development,from the classical form of the concept of sovereignty to the modern development of the concept of sovereignty theory,and the current national sovereignty theory,from the historical evolution of national sovereignty theory,we get some enlightenment to sovereignty.The content of the network sovereignty,mainly from the definition of network sovereignty,including network sovereignty independence,equality,self-defense and jurisdiction,from national sovereignty to network analysis of the sovereign,theoretical basis as well as the nature of network sovereignty.The third part analyzes the network sovereignty theory development,the necessity of cooperation and the development of the network space from nation to nation contradictions and problems,to solve these problems the development of network sovereignty theory is very necessary.Law of network sovereignty in the fourth part defined,and the analysis of network sovereignty under the rule of law,finally puts forward “respect network sovereignty,construct cyberspace community of fate,jointly maintain peace and security,promote open cooperation and build a good order”.Hope in the face of enduring sovereignty concept and rapid network space,inclusive of freedom and the rule of law,democracy network sovereignty to give a great contribution to the world.
