In recent years,the network mass events take place frequently.The cyberspace is the free field of public interest and emotional expression.The voice of the people in the network is gradually taken seriously,and we enter the “the age of group”.The network mass events are the refraction of the contradiction of reality.Cyberspace is noisy,easy to enlarge the contradictions in society and the impact of people's values and ideology,which gives the government's ability to put forward new challenges.To study the network mass events,aimed at exploring the path to optimize the network group events,to enhance the government to face the network group events of public reason and experience skills.The generation of network mass events begins with the emotional stimulation of the people and deepens the group identity and ultimately generate in the population choices.Network mass event is the product of virtual and realistic intertwined,mainly based on the convergence of discourse,showing the characteristics of openness and spontaneity.Its pursuit of interests and values rather than political power,the pursuit of a reasonable goal but often in the group.Out of irrational behavior,the resulting positive and negative effects both,is conducive to the government to listen to the interests of the people demands,help policy improvement,promote power supervision.However,the handling of online mass incidents is often detrimental to the image and credibility of the government,and even lead to the occurrence of offline activities.In the management of cyberspace,we must follow the logic of collective action,n order to deal with the network group events,we must first improve the political system design,strengthen network security legislation,promote network dialogue,improve network supervision,use the top design to maintain the network order;Second,we must control the contradiction of reality space,cyberspace from the real space.I we must be drastic and manage the real space;Besides,we should guide people's emotions,improve the network public opinion monitoring,establish risk assessment,and actively respond to public opinion,play the guiding role of network opinion leaders;Finally,we need to enhance the group identity,increase the group for the system and government recognition,promote collective internal bonding,and jointly promote the optimization of network space.
