The Research On Collective Corruption Of An Analysis Based On The Logic Of Collective Action And Transaction Cost

The problem of collective corruption is a common corruption phenomenon in the current social reality, so the research value is self-evident. Today, defects of Chinese social and political, economic and legal structures, and different social groups and interest groups in the political, economic and legal inequality, show the main interests of a wide range of real pattern. The game among interest groups has become an important factor in social life. Special interest groups with members of their own in the political and economic advantages, and the use of unreasonable system and policies to illegally achieve their common maximize interest. In the real world, engaging in illegal corruption tend to be tiny corruption. Moreover, increasing private behalf in the nation and government name is in order to create a small group benefit"nationalization"which is the largest"benefit private effect". Special interest groups have a bearing on deepening market-oriented reform, breaking the industrial, departmental monopoly, and eradicating collective corruption and a series of social problems. At the beginning of the scope of collective corruption study is based on the special interest groups as a main body of corrupt group to provide theoretical support to effectively prevent and punish collective corruption, safeguard social equity and social justice, and this is the issue of starting point and standing of collective corruption research. The key point of this study is based frontier academic theory and viewpoint, synthesizing political, administration, sociology, economics and political economics etc., using specific research methods, such as comparison method and literature induction etc. in order to carried out a systematic analysis and investigation of collective corruption.This article firstly expounds the theory of collective action and logical assumption of rationality people theory which provides fundamental basis for the analysis of collective corruption from micro-mechanism. From the starting of the content, features and the types of special interest groups and combination with the cases of collective corruption, the article demonstrates the main body of behavior of collective corruption is special interest group and proposes the new concept of collective corruption. Then use the theory of collective action and the related analysis methods of cost and income for exploring the model of collective corruption internal running, providing the organization of collective corruption, the monitoring institution contrariety and the level of corruption cost are the important factors of collective corruption prevention. Based on this above, finally the article proposed countermeasure suggestions which are three areas on education, supervision and law to prevent and punish collective corruption in order to achieve the proper maintenance of social equity and social justice.
