| The new government-business relationship has been summed up as close and incorruptible when president Xi Jinping visited the members DAB and the Federation of industry and Commerce on March 4,2016.Facing the situation of rampant collusion between officials and businessmen,our party and government cracked down on such behavior.A large number of powerful provincial officials have been sacked,the social climate is gradually improving.The unhealthy social atmosphere of government-business relationship has been gradually curbed.At this time,new government-business relationship grasp the point of improving the original political and business relations.In this paper,the development of Chinese government-business relationship is analyzed from different aspects since the reform and Opening-up.The disadvantages and shortcomings are expounded in two aspects of government and non-public enterprises.Illegal government business relationship is described using the example of Himin Solar Energy.The advantages of building a new type of government business relationship in China are expounded from three aspects,like historical and cultural heritage,advantages of socialist system,basic state policy of ruling the country by law.The urgency and feasibility of establishing a new type of government-business relationship are discussed by building two models.On the basis of making clear the boundaries between government and business,government responsibilities,construction of supervision system of government public power,measures of non-public enterprises are discussed in the process of building a new type of relationship. |
