Anti Corruption Campaign has made great achievements after the 18th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party.But according to the business-government collusion cases we found that unscrupulous merchants have illegal dealings with public official,political corruption phenomenon severely.And the official-business collusion characterized by long span of time,the high hiding power,diversified forms and involved various fields.How do these happen?One hand is demarcation between political function and commerce function become blurred,on the other hand is unhealthy business environment.What's more,most company resources are allocated by the government so that public officials have the power to distributive dimension.Worse still,company and government lack right way of communication.Furthermore merchant and corrupt officials would find a variety of ways to pursue benefits.There are four main reasons resulting business-government collusion.Firstly is imperfect economic system,secondly is unhealthy political ecology,thirdly is incomplete legal system,and finally is unhealthy social climate.To building healthy relationship between politics and commerce,we can through following ways to solve the problems.One is deepening reform socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,building healthy political landscape.Thirdly,improving administrative approval system to creative favorable trade environment.Fourthly,improve anti-commercial bribery law.The fifth point is establishing and perfecting establishing and perfecting communication modes and platforms.The last scheme is building reasonable and healthy ethical norm between officials and businessmen.
