With the rapid development of China's society and economy,the huge improvement of People's living standards and medical health care,China's population aging process accelerate constantly.By the end of 2015,in China people aged 60 and above has reached 212 million,the proportion account for total people is 15.5%;aged65 and above has reached 143 million,the proportion account for total people is10.4%.At present China has already entered into older society,this change of population age structure has aroused the attention of the scholars.To deal with this worldwide problem of ageing population,academic and political scholars put forward many solutions,such as raising the retirement age,encourage birth two children,and so on.Through the study of literature,the author found that,the present policy of government departments still focus on solving the problem of the elderly pension and health care,namely in order to realize the older be raised as the goal,failed to attach importance to productive aging.And according to the author study found,there are still abundant human resource of the elderly in our country,but due to a variety of factors to limit,the phenomenon is not common in the elderly once again involved in the society.This is due to the misleading in traditional concepts,think that the elderly should be abetted after retirement,they should not be again into the society,with the young "rob their job".The author thinks that,along with the age growth,although the labor ability of old people worse than young people,they master work experience and skills as well as young people,even more than young people,As the "demographic dividend" gradually disappear,elderly again obtain employment is not only the important measure taken by the cabinet under the background of population aging,but also a effective way to reduce shortages of labor supply.So this article base on the perspective of re-employment in elderly patients,the object aimed at this group in the elderly,to explore how the elderly group will play their own social value and utility to the maximum.This article firstly introduce the reason of the selected topic and the main innovation place,and for defining the relevant concepts and basic theory.First of all define the concept of active aging,aging population,and the elderly reemployment in order to determine the research object of this article.After,to organize the related theory,including human resources theory,maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,activity theory and employment theory.the study areas are Nanchang,Ganzhou,Jiujiang and Jingdezhen city in Jiangxi province,take a sample survey method to research theelderly,and by using the survey data analyse the motivation,channels and the existing difficulties about the eldly in Jiangxi province.Secondly,the article make crosstab analysis of survey data by SPSS in order to reach the preliminary conclusion.Afterly logistic regression model is established,mainly including six factors:gender,age,health status,level of education,economic level,skills or specialty to make logistic regression analysis,in order to test that if these factors have the significance for olderly reemployment.Although there are many factors affecting the elderly again obtain employment,based on the investigation and study,this paper analyzes the influence of the natural characteristics and social characteristics for the elderly reemploument.Then the article discusses the Japan,the United States and other developed countries and developing countries in promoting the elderly experience again obtain employment,and analyzes their elderly reemployment promotion measures,from the viewpoints of government,market,and the elderly themselves,summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the elderly re-employment in Jiangxi province.Then based on the reference of typical countries such as Japan,the United States to promote the elderly reemployment experience extracted on the basis of enlightenment,from the perspective of government-leading,market promoting and the transformation of personal ideas,the article supposes the advice about promoting olderly reemployment.
