Research On The Construct Of Standardized System Of Community Public Service Of Houjiatang Street

On September 12,2016,Xi Jinping at the congratulatory letter for the opening ceremony of the 39th session of the international organization for standardization(ISO)pointed out that the standard was the fruits of human civilized progress.With further development of economic globalization,the standardization plays an increasingly important role for the convenience of economic and trade exchanges,the development of industry,the progress of science and technology and the regulating of social governance,and it becomes a "common language" in the world.Community is the basic organization and one of the parts for providing the social public service.The quality of service provided by the community would affect the satisfaction of the public directly.It is the inherent nature of community development,the inherent requirements of comprehensively constructs the harmonious society and the realistic demand of the changing time that how to provide the standardized public service and ensure the demand for the public.The unified evaluation criterion about the community construction of public service system is still lacked in our country,but the theoretical guidance,material base and organizational guarantee have been get ready for constructing the evaluation criterion.Houjiatang street in Yuhua district of Changsha city was not only unified the standardized system of community public service,and created the standardized community for the first time in the country,but also improved the systemic and scientific of this standardized system in practice with constant innovation and improvement.Further more,this provided the standard and basis for the community management and service innovation.We are in the front rank of improving the quality of community public service based on the standardized public service.This article analyzed and researched the standardization work of public service in community including the concept,categories,criteria and practices based on the contrasting of typical cases in Chinese and overseas.This article was attempted to present the rationalization proposals and orientations to promoting the construct of standardized system of community public service,based on the achievement and insufficient.The purpose of article is to add the standardization to the community management and public service,and then establish a service-oriented government that suitable for the national conditions,the political situations and the public mood.
