China has entered a critical period to build a service-oriented government.exploring actively with practical examples and drawing practice experience lessons from western countries in the field of public administration,they introduce the theory of standardized management to the public service practice,forming the pilot project of national urban management and public service standardization,The government of Lianhu district in xi 'an,where the author is located,also took the initiative to carry out the standardization practice of urban management service in Lianhu district.Taking this pilot project as an example,this paper focuses on the research on the core link of public satisfaction evaluation,and finally gives some Suggestions for improving the pilot project.First of all,core concepts like urban management service standardization of Lianhu district,the public satisfaction,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation have been illustrated.It analyzes relevant theories at home and abroad,which consolidates the theoretical framework of this study.The evaluation index system of public satisfaction is established,and then set up the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The second,the weight of each evaluation factor was determined by expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process,and the consistency test was carried out.Designing a questionnaire on the standardization of public satisfaction of urban management service in Lianhu district,and evaluating by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Results show that the public is fairly satisfied with urban management service standardization of Lianhu district,among them,Several indicators in terms of the standardization process,service environment,the four indicators of active inquiry,communication feedback,efficiency and service quality are lower.Finally,countermeasures and Suggestions for improving the public satisfaction degree of the urban management services standardization of Lianhu district are put forward from the four aspects of opening government service channel,enhancing communication and feedback mechanism,strengthening law enforcement behavior standardization and advancing the "grid" of public service.
