Objective:The Ministry of civil affairs attaches great importance to the pension service personnel construction,actively promotes the pension service personnel remote training.So the study takes the national pension service personnel as the research object,exploring the remote training intention and its influential factors.Investigate the difference of different demographic characteristics of pension service personnel on remote training intention,the correlation between intention and influential factors,then find the problem and discussed.Last combined with the project evaluation of national pension service personnel remote training,gives suggestions and countermeasures.To provide data support for the remote training of national pension service personnel in "13th Five-Year" planning period,optimize the remote training mode and improve the willingness to participate in remote training.Methods:(1)Stratified random sampling was used to collect the data of 500 pension service personnel in the 14 provinces and cities in China.491 effective questionnaires were collected and the effective rate was up to 98.2%.Epidata 3.1 software was used to establish the database of influential factors,and then the data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 20.0.The Cronbach's a is to test the questionnaire reliability and factor analysis is to test the questionnaire structure validity.The general statistical method is to describe the score and grade distribution of the remote training intention and the demographic characteristics.Use factor analysis on influential factors of remote training intention will reduce dimension and extract the common factors.Use T test and variance analysis to explore the influence of different demographic characteristics on remote training intention.Correlation analysis explore the linear correlation between the influential factors and remote training intention;Multiple regression equation analyzes the influencial factors and the impact strength on the remote training intention of pension service personnel.Conduct interviews with experts,technical personnel,management personnel and nursing staff;(2)A generl questionnaire survey was carried out on the aged nursing staff and pension institution administrators who had been trained in the remote learning platform,including 1710 aged nursing staff and 645 pension institution administrators.Evaluate and analyze the pension service personnel remote training mode.Results:(1)The Cronbach's a coefficient of overall questionnaire is 0.900,KMO is0.907,P<0.001,the Cronbach's a coefficients of dimensions of questionnaire were above 0.632,and each item in the corresponding dimension of the total explained variance rates higher than 60%;(2)48.9% of the pension service personnel have a high will to participate in remote training;(3)The remote training intention has a significant difference on age,work years,marital status and have ever participated in remote training or not(P<0.05);(4)Among the influential factors of remote training intention,training harvest evaluation,communication and interaction level evaluation,remote training accessibility evaluation,others' support are positively correlated with remote training intention,personal factors and external environment are negatively correlated with remote training intention;(5)Multiple stepwise regression analysis find out that training harvest evaluation,others' support,remote training accessibility evaluation and external environment have effective prediction effect for remote training intention.Conclusions:The willingness of national pension service personnel to participate in remote training has not yet reached a high level.There are significant differences on the remote training intention with different personal characteristics.The remote training intention is affected by training harvest,remote training accessibility,others' support,external environment.So we should perfect the technical service system and curriculum resources,construct classroom learning atmosphere,rich interactive learning mode,combined with the mobile terminal to improve the accessibility of remote training.The government should play a supporting role to promote remote work,strengthen remote training quality construction,build perfect occupation identification,promotion and incentive system,pay attention to demographic differences and the entire process of the implementation.
