With the continuous development of economy,all aspects of national production and life are progressing,but the problem of population aging is becoming more and more prominent,which puts forward higher requirements for the development of the old-age service industry.It is critical to develop the old-age service personnel for the function of the aged care industry.Therefore,studying the development of S-age service personnel is of great significance for improving the increasing demand for aged care services in Longhua County and to provide more technical old-age service personnel workers.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research and interviews to understand the current situation of the aging population and the insufficient professional construction of the elderly in China,combining the needs of new social organizations to participate in development to analyze the significance of the development of the old-age service Personnel.This paper combs the research results of domestic and foreign related issues from the aspects of supply and demand situation,self-development situation,personnel training situation,training dilemma and team building of foreign pension service personnel,and collates the research results of domestic and foreign pension service personnel development,thus introducing related concepts such as pension service,pension service personnel and pension institutions.Based on two-factor theory mainly,this paper conducts relevant research on the service personnel of S institution for the aged.From the perspective of pension service personnel and through field interviews,this paper makes a comprehensive survey of the basic situation of pension service personnel in S institution,understands the current situation of operation of S institution,the service and management level of pension service personnel,and obtains a series of problems existing in the development process of pension service personnel in S institution,such as unreasonable staff structure and pension care.Such problems as low level of scientific skills,weak sense of service,and low remuneration for labor,etc.The reasons for the problems in S institution are analyzed.In the external environment,there are insufficient policy support,low social acceptance and industry competition pressure;in the institution themselves,there are lack of incentive mechanism,strong work intensity,backward personnel management level and less vocational training;and in the personal aspect,there is a low sense of professional identity.Therefore,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for S institution to develop pension service talents,which are mainly divided into external environment,institutions themselves and individuals.In terms of external environment,we should increase financial input,improve policy implementation,promote social participation,enhance social identity and broaden fund raising channels,increase competitiveness.In terms of the organization itself,we should adopt various incentives,stimulate work enthusiasm,establish work standards,arrange time rationally,improve management level,and strengthen vocational training,improve personal professional cognition level in individuals.The purpose of the study is to improve the development dilemma of service personnel in S institution,make more aged care workers improve their professional skills and professional qualities,at the same time,to provide meaningful reference for the development of service personnel in other institutions.
