Research On The Way Of Think Tanks' Paticipation In The Administrative Decision-making

With the development of society and economy,the influence of China's think tank is continually growing.It has become an important force to affect the administrative decision-making and promote social development.The development of democratic politics in China has a direct effect in the process of China's political modernization,and think tanks in the process of administrative decision-making plays more and more important role.so it plays an important role for the promotion of scientific and democratic politics.In our country,think tanks have been gradually involved in the administrative decision-making,but compared with the reqirement of scientific and democratic politics and developed countries,there is a certain gap.Therefore,it is necessary for us to make further research in it's participation in administrative decision-making,analyse the existing problems,and seek the proper way to promote its participation.So that it can give full play to the positive role.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,case study method and historical analysis method,starting from the relevant concept and theory of think tank,summarizes the type and quantity of think tanks.Based on the background of China's think tank participation in the administrative decision-making,it analyse the basic situation of contemporary China's think tank participation in administrative decisionmaking in detail,and discusses the function of think-tank participation in administrative decision-making.Then it points out the problems in China's administrative decision-making process with think tanks and reveals the reasons which affect their participation.Finally in consideration of China's actual situation,it proposes that to enhance their participation in administrative decision-making,we can improve and perfect the outside of the optimization of government decision-making system and the environment of participation in the decision-making environment,create a platform in which think-tank can participate in fair competition,expand for participation in administrative decision-making and strengthen their ability to think tank construction and other aspects of the construction.Only in this way can we make full ues of the positive role of think-tank in administrative decision-making and promote the democratic,scientific and standardized of administrative decision-making in our country.
