The Religious Freedom As The "Right"

Ronald Dworkin is one of the most influential legal scholars of our time.Dworkin in his last book "religion without God" systematically explains his "new" religion.God will be separated from religion,which let us understand what is a holistic view of religion.But the new religion,Dworkin put forward the concept,not to prove again will be separated from the religious rationality of God,but to from the traditional right of religious freedom to the general theory of rights,namely the religious ethics autonomy from the perspective of the free conversion of new view of religious freedom.In this thesis along with Dworkin's general "rights" of the overall interpretation of the structure,from the perspective of ethical autonomy to look at religious freedom.Specifically,the full text of the structure is arranged as follows:Firstly,according to the analysis of Dworkin's early works of architecture,Dworkin said in the book of the theory of Rights--the "right" individuals are equal care and respect,he proposed the whole request which is based on individual rights as the basis of the same treatment of the same situation.In the context of religious freedom is still considered as a constitutional privilege,the universal individual rights have not been realized.Secondly,this part is about the background of Dworkin's atheism.From the perspective of the history of religion,the origin of religion views is from the personality of God to the impersonal God to the rational God secular belief choice.The freedom of religion as a special legal rights,not only the freedom of religion is still limited to theistic religion more than narrow,while the secular government must also put forward the so-called compelling reason to give special protection to religious sects.Thirdly,Dworkin put forward the religious freedom of ethical autonomy.He will be extended to all have the value of freedom of religion belief common individual,so that the citizens have more choices to exercise their rights of belief.The government does not have to look for "special reasons" protection of specific groups "rights",and religious beliefs or value freedom of choice as a general "right" to be treated.
