The Study On Promoting The Level Of CPC Officials' Diligence For The People Under The New Situation

To be diligent for the people is the Marxist political party should have the meaning of the title,it is CPC officials for the government and the value of the purpose.The Communist Party of China has always maintained the position and the beginning of serving the people.The broad masses of CPC officials have always maintained diligence in the great practice of revolution,construction and reform.At present,some CPC officials because of the ideal and faith shaken,lack of capacity reserve,lack of administrative awareness and other reasons,there have been dereliction of duty,fraud,when the peacemaker,bucking,rigid,false and other aspects of the main problems.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the main problems of CPC officials in the field of diligent for the people,and to construct a reasonable path of diligent for the people and to improve the ability of CPC officials diligent for the people.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part,the theory of diligent for the people.This part expounds the main expositions of the proletarian revolutionary mentors such as Marx,Engels,Lenin and Mao Zedong and Xi Jinping,and the connotation and practical value of the cadre of the CPC officials.The second part,to judge the problem and analyze the reasons.On the basis of researching,analyzing and consulting relevant information,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in CPC officials at present and analyzes the causes.The third part,optimize CPC officials diligent path for the people.And put forward the effective way to promote the level of CPC officials diligent for the people.
