Research On The Situation And Development Strategy Of China's Government Wechat

E-government is an important means to improve the level of the Party's construction in the information age.As an organic part of e-government,Government Wechat plays important roles in government affairs,like releasing information,providing services to the people's livelihood and political interaction.At present,China's government WeChat development momentum is better,but there are still some problems need to deal with.For instance,local governments hold different cognitive level on the Government WeChat,and it has fewer registered users;Government WeChat emphasis on releasing of information,while ignoring the service function;each platform shows operational maturity differences.In the view of these problems,this paper proposes countermeasures from the Government WeChat platform positioning and platform operation management.How to use the Government Wechat to understand the public opinion,ask the public for good governance,and play the intrinsic value of Government Wechat are worthy of the current academic research topics.According to the literature investigation and research method,we summarize the literature and understand the academic current situation of Government WeChat.We use the content analysis method and capture the data from China New Media Large Data Platform of Government WeChat.What is more,comparative analysis is used to explore commons and differences between Government WeChat and Government Microblog,which can assist putting forward practical and useful development strategies for Government WeChat.Thus,this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.It is the purpose of article,including the background and significance of the paper,domestic and foreign research review,research content,ideas and methods,as well as research focus,difficulties and innovation.The second part is getting into the topic--the definition of Government WeChat,focusing on telling the difference between Government WeChat and Government microblog,which can provide a more perspective for studying the development strategies.The third part is the relevanttheory.The fourth part is the main part of the paper--the research process,and is also a process of proposing hypotheses to validate assumptions.It includes sufficient information and data.For example,what are account features,and whether the platform were opened comments,set up custom menu and WeChat matrix.We make a careful analysis of these data aim at verifying the current status of China's government WeChat with hypothesis before.Which is also a steppingstone for the fifth part--the development strategy of Government WeChat.
