With the development of urbanization and the lack of land lifting the value of of inner city,the urban regeneration become the topical subject of modernization.Since 1990,China has developed rapidly,and urbanization too.However,there exist problems when carrying the urban regeneration,like “visual engineering”,“pull down the new,miss the old”,“Chinese style of moving out” and so on.The urban regeneration has much to do with the government,the land developers,and citizens,which is a complex projection.The current pluralism make it important to set up Synergistic Mechanism of multiagent participate in Urban Regeneration for city's long-term interests and sustainable development.Urban regeneration in UK has a long history,during the long period which has transformed from the government-leading mechanism,public-private participating mechanism to Synergistic Mechanism,and built a mutual and complete framework of multiagent Participating mode in urban regeneration.Under the analysis of synergistic governance,the stakeholder and mechanism design theory,I set up a framework of multiagent synergism.Then overview British policy development and the case of the urban regeneration in East-London,this paper try to summarize he definite mechanism of all the stakeholders 'collaborative work during decision-making,division of responsibilities,participation and negotiation to balance the benefits.At last,comparing the difference and similarities between China and England,offer some feasible measures to improve the urban regeneration in China,especially the mechanism of participating for scientific decision-making,the mechanism of balancing benefits among the distribution of land interest,and the mechanism of organizational system for collaborative reciprocity.
