Optimization Analysis Of Secrecy Management Of Party And Government Organs In H District Of W City From The Perspective Of REASON Model

The Party and the state attach great importance to the confidentiality work,the level of the confidentiality work,directly related to the national security and interests,for the socialist cause to play the role of escort.Grass-roots party and government organs is one of the important areas of classified management,put in context,however,the current in some grass-roots party and government organs,in terms of secrecy management,because of various reasons,there are still some evident problems,not only affected the effect of secrecy,also is not conducive to form good internal confidential management atmosphere.In order to further explore relevant issues,this paper takes the REASON model as the theoretical basis,takes H district of W City as the research object,and carries out research around the confidentiality management of the grass-roots Party and government organs in the district.Through various methods such as literature research,interview and questionnaire analysis,this paper analyzed and obtained the current situation and problems of the confidentiality management of the grass-roots party and government organs in H District,W City,and then thought about specific countermeasures.Through the research,this paper forms the following conclusions:(1)Through questionnaire survey,it summarizes the obvious problems existing in the confidentiality management of the grass-roots party and government organs in H District,W City,mainly in several aspects,such as rules and regulations to be improved,personnel strength to be enriched,supporting equipment to be improved,confidentiality awareness to be improved,etc.(2)Based on the REASON model and combined with the existing problems,this paper further analyzes the causes of the current confidentiality management problems of the grass-roots party and government organs in H District,W City,mainly in the aspects of concept,mechanism,resource investment,cadre system,etc.(3)In view of the problems and reasons,this paper suggests that the current grass-roots party and government organs in H District of W City should further improve the rules and regulations and leadership mechanism,further strengthen the construction of the cadre team,further complete the equipment for confidentiality work,and further strengthen the effectiveness of publicity and education.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,the small can see the big,and further reflect the common problems existing in the confidentiality management of the grassroots party and government organs,in order to solve the difficulties in the confidentiality management of the grassroots party and government organs,and improve the comprehensive level of the confidentiality management of the grassroots party and government organs to provide effective support.
