The Researching Social Governance Of Ruihe Community In Datong

Community governance is a hot topic in the academic and practical circles,and the effect of community governance is directly related to the well-being of the society members and the stability of society.Based on this,this paper takes an urban community of a medium city as the research object,and carries on the detailed case study on the subject of social governance in the community,and tries to show the process and experience of urban community governance through “deep description”.On the basis of reviewing the urban community governance literature and clarifying the basic concepts of urban community governance and community governance,this paper carried out the case study through the methods of participatory observation,in-depth interview and so on,and specifically analyzed the current status of the urban community governance of Ruihe New City Community from the main aspects of autonomous functions of the neighborhood committee,the cohesion of the party branch and the effectiveness of social organizations of the community and so on,and examined the main experience,characteristics and practices of the social governance of this community.On the basis of this,the paper analyzed the challenges that the community's social governance faced.It is thought that there are three major problems that need to be solved in the community,such as the contradiction between the community property management personnel and the owners,the defects of the community leadership institutions and the problems caused by resident autonomy.We must promote community governance to be more scientific and rational,realize the stability and healthy development of the urban community,and achieve the ideal goal of service-oriented community governance through promoting diversified governance of the government and community departments,establishing judicial mediation agencies,enhancing community awareness of community services and other measures or methods.This paper is astudy of community social governance in a medium-sized city with universal significance,and it is expected to benefit the same kind of grassroots social governance and its theoretical construction in this field.
