Since the 21st century,Politically,Sino-Africa has established a comprehensive strategic partnership;Economically,China, surpass the United States, became the Africa's largest trading partner.Culturally, cultural exchange gradually and steadily institutionalized. The rapid development of Sino-Africa relations attracts other countries to re-examine its own relationship with Africa, including the United States.Due to the increasing importance of energy resources in Africa in recent years and Africa's importance in the global anti-terrorism policy especially since 9.11.along with rich labor resources and huge market potential, the United States began to reposition African-American relations through a series of political and economic policies and measures to strengthen U.S.—Africa relations, though Africa has long been in the edge position of American foreign relations. As the interests of China and the United States in Africa interwinds with each other, the United States have dual influence on the development of Sino-Africa relations.First of all, because of the interests competing in Africa, the United States keeping criticizing Sino-Africa relations in order to win the competition advantages and hinder the development of China in the international arena.Although there are some deficiencies and defects in Sino-Africa relations, the United State has exaggerated it deliberately for a long time which has caused negative effect on Sino-Africa relations and China's international image.Secondly, due to China and the United States has common interest in Africa, such as anti-terrorism and dealing with Non-traditional security threats, which means there are great cooperation potential between China and the United States. With the relative decline of American power on the African affairs,America becomes more and more inadequate in dealing with African affairs. In order to maintain the United States' interests in Africa, the United States needs to cooperate with China on African affairs. To some degree,United States not only promote the Sino-U.S.cooperation in African affairs, but also promoted the benign interaction of three parties.Although the United States plays an important role in Sino-Africa relation,it's influence in the Sino-Africa relationship correspondingly decline because of the United States' "ignorance" of Africa these years. As Sino-Africa relations deepens gradually, the United States has a certain but limited influence on Sino-Africa relations, which does not determine the development of Sino-Africa relations.Of course,we must clearly recognize that the United States influence will always exist in Sino-Africa relations. Therefore China and Africa should properly deal with the negative impact of the United States, giving full play to the positive role of the United States which will continually promote the development of Sino-Africa relations. As a result, the United States attempts to alienate the Sino-Africa relations will not succeed as long as we keep "comrade and brothers" relations with Africa The United States is the most important external factor in Sino-Africa relations which should be properly managed in order to better promote the development of Sino-Africa relations. Therefore the two countries should actively communicate with each other and enhance political mutual trust to create a good atmosphere for China-US cooperation in Africa. In addition, the three parties should establish effective communication mechanism, hold tripartite meeting regularly, strengthen communication, resolve differences, and improve the efficiency of the tripartite cooperation. Finally,China should strive to issue "voice of China" in the international community, break the monopoly of the west to the international voice, master the international voice, try to show the real Sino-Africa relations to the international community, maintain China's international reputation and status.
