The Sino-Russia ties are a strategic relationship of the highest level and with themost substantive contents in China’s foreign relations. The Sino-Russia relations，as amodel of harmonious coexistence among the major powers, played an importantstabilizing role for the promotion of regional and world peace and security.Although the Sino-Russia relations have a high level, special and strategiccharacteristics, but there are some factors restricting the development of Sino-Russiarelations.
