A Comprehensive Study On The Long-term Mechanism Of Public Services Of Grass-roots Government

In the process of the development of social civilization,the government has always been a crucial position.It has a great impact on the political civilization and economic of a country.In recent years,a new issue of how the traditional grass-roots government adapt itself to the development demands of new era has become a significant study in China.Under the guidance of the Opinion on Strengthening the Construction of Grass-root Government Services from General Office of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee,this thesis applies the theory of serve-type government and analyses the practice based on the long-term mechanism of public services of grass-roots government.The means,mechanisms,management of "Three Questions and Three Solutions" in Taibai,Shannxi were studied to further explain the value and necessity of long-term mechanism of public servicesof grass-roots government.This study suggest that the traditional management of grass-roots government needs to be upgraded to modern intelligent management,which ensures that the party policy and tasks could be properly achieved in grassroots,resulting in the well-to-do of publics and making the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation comes true.
