Research On The Construction Of Long-term Mechanism Of Disabled Care Support Services In Chengdu

The support service for the disabled is an important part of the cause of the disabled with Chinese characteristics.It is also an important support for building a well-off society in which "there is no shortage of disabled people".At present,with the continuous development of the socialist market economy,Disabled care services have made great achievements in China.However,the main contradictions in society have also become more prominent in the disabled business.The development of disabled care services faces imbalances and inadequate contradictions.As a prominent problem in the field of people’s livelihood,disabled care services are produced along with the basic survival of the disadvantaged groups in Chinese society.It is not only related to the realization of social fairness and justice,but also to the realization of the great goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Therefore,designing and operating an effective disabled care service system is the basic guarantee for improving the quality of life of the disabled,the only way to improve the happiness of the disabled group,and play an important role in promoting the construction of a harmonious socialist society.The research object of this article is the disabled and the care support services provided for them.Comprehensive use of the literature research method,field visit method,comparative analysis method,and the combination of qualitative research and quantitative research,to collective and analysis the data collected and field research.so as to have a preliminary understanding of the current construction situation of the disabled care service in Chengdu: the initial establishment of the institutionalization of the disabled care support service,the content of the care service is continuously enriched,the number of beneficiaries of various care services has increased year by year,and the disabled care support service supply system has been continuously optimized,and long-term development of government purchase services for disabled.In short,the overall living conditions of people with disabilities in Chengdu have been greatly improved.While the development of disabled care support services in Chengdu is still smooth,there are still dilemmas in development,including the uneven distribution of disabled care support services;the lack of operating funds for disabled care support services;shortage of staff and insufficient professionalism;shortage of volunteers and so on.The reason lies in the single source of funding for regional care services and large regional disparities;flaws in system construction;insufficient publicity of care services for persons with disabilities,and insufficient incentives to participate in social forces;generally low salaries and high work intensity for staff,and so on.Based on the problems found in the study,this article draws on the beneficial experience of advanced care support services at home and abroad and combines the actual situation in Chengdu to try to build a relaxed to service tailored to the disabled in Chengdu,and compatible with the development process of the disabled in Chengdu,diversified long-term mechanism of care support services.which helps improve the living standards of people with disabilities.This mechanism is actually oriented to the needs of disabled care services and is based on the participation of multiple subjects.It fully mobilizes the participation of disabled social organizations and voluntary organizations,builds a platform for the government to achieve broad public participation,The service mechanism using internet technology realizes the interconnection and interconnection of multiple subjects,information sharing of disabled people,and optimization and integration of care support service resources.The essence of this mechanism is based on the leading role of the government and the participation of diverse subjects from society,in order to meet the needs of diversification and personalized care services,and to improve the quality of life and happiness of people with disabilities and their families.This article has enriched and deepened the research on the operation mechanism construction of regional disabled care services to a certain extent,and hopes to provide a theoretical reference for the solution of similar problems in other domestic care support services.
