| The WeChat public platform launched officially in August 2012,which is divided into service number,subscription number and enterprise number.The government generally use the service number and subscription number to the public information,to provide government services.The public can ask the government about the policy and the exercise of supervision functions through the government WeChat platform.Because of its authoritative operations,reliable content construction,private interaction and accurate communication of the four characteristics of information,making the development momentum of government WeChat is very strong.In addition,the government WeChat has other functions,such as open government affairs,the network asked the government;services people’s livelihood,shape the image;emergency management,public opinion;social supervision,etc.the combination of WeChat’s own characteristics with its social functions,so that once the advent of the WeChat government,it quickly developed,and provided a good platform for the government and the public interaction.Under the call of the Party Central Committee and the State Council’s call,more than four years since the Hunan government organs at all levels,enterprises and institutions most have opened the government We Chat.Platform.But generally speaking,the development of Hunan provincial government WeChat is not mature and perfect enough,so that accelerating the research of the government affairs of Hunan province is imminent.The author mainly uses the method of case analysis and comparative analysis,selects three typical government WeChat as the research object in Hunan province.Selects the three government WeChat messages randomly as the samples in the three-month period,analyzes through the service index,Spread index,and interactive index.Then analyzes the current situation of the development of the Hunan government We Chat,it has many issues,such as the goal is ambiguous,but the content of the push is tedious,the form is single,the feedback is less interactive,the public opinion is insufficient,the access threshold is low,the management system is not perfect,etc.And then find the root reasons of the problem,which includes the sense of the managers behind the sense of service,management is not standardized,imperfect matching resources and publicity is not in place and so on four reasons.By learning from the experience of other provinces with high level of construction of government affairs,and combines with its own development characteristics,this paper puts forward the idea of improving user consciousness and service quality,strengthening the degree of precision of content orientation,establishing effective interactive communication mechanism and perfecting management mechanism and other countermeasures to promote the development of our province government affairs WeChat. |
