Construction Of The New Normal Grassroots Organization Service Groups

"The Internet +" makes the life trajectories and characteristics of the youth are quite different with the past.The youth are obviously influenced by the diversities of values,personalization and individual trends.They pursuit the self-realizations,and undertake unprecedented pressures,meanwhile,they are more adaptable with high frequent moving and the globalization.It brings some new demands and challenges for the China Youth League(CYL)to better serve the development of the youth as the continuous improvements in their demanding depth and width.As one of the most direct and fundamental links in connecting the youth,the grassroots youth organizations should be more serviceable,in response to the new needs of the youth groups.In order to better achieve the purposes of attracting young people and cohesion of young people,promoting the healthy development of young people,making use of the youth's intelligence,and achieving the functions of the CYL organizations better,the CYL can only keep up with youth-oriented,and adapt to the new changes,new rules,and new features.Innovative ways and methods need to be used in solving the problems of youth development,the CYL should constantly improve and perfect the organization itself,and pay more attention in the ways of service.This requires the transformation of the organization itself-the transformation of the "service-oriented league organization".In this paper,the youth league grassroots organizations in Ezhou city are focused as the research object.Based on a large number of communications with some youth leagues,the league cadres,volunteers,social work teams and other groups,we tried to have a better understanding of the ideological dynamics of the youth and their needs.We also tried to figure out the current problems in the construction of the grassroots service-oriented league organizations.Moreover,we took the recommendations and suggestions from the youth into consideration and went to deep research investigations.Overall,this paper was integrated in five parts as below:The first part,from the point of view of reviewing the literatures,the backgrounds of the construction of the service-oriented league organization are elaborated,which helps in the clarity of constructing service-oriented youth league.The second part analyzes the urgency and necessity of the construction of grassroots service-oriented league organization from the concept and connotation of it.And the important meaning of the construction of grassroots service-oriented league organization is clarified.The third part starts with the present situations of the construction of grassroots league organization in Ezhou city,combines the spirits of the party group work conferences and the actual work,clarifies the realistic situation in the construction of the service-oriented league organization,provides the basis for the construction of service-oriented league organization.The fourth part,based on the facts of Ezhou Communist Youth League,the problems in construction of grassroots service organization are analyzed.The fifth part is this paper's main point.Based on the third and fourth parts,the scientific ways of constructing grassroots service-oriented league organization are proposed.Based on the work of the Communist Youth League of Ezhou city,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the urgency and the realistic basis of the construction of grassroots service organizations in the new period of economic and social development.On the basis of this,strategies and suggestions in the construction of grassroots service-oriented league organization are proposed.It is of great practical significance in the cohesion and serving of the youth in the present stage,especially facing the new stage of reform and innovation.At the same time,the measures and methods proposed in this paper will provide some references for the improvement of constructing service-oriented league organization,the improvement of grassroots league organizations' service abilities,and the enhancement of the cohesion and vitality of CYL.
