The Evaluation And Empirical Study Of The Influence Of Government On WeChat

Government Wechat as the main platform of E-government 2.0 mode of the new public management is launched by the chinese government departments. The use of government WeChat improves the transparency and fairness of government service, simplifies the process of public service, benefits more people. So, for the government, to understand and grasp the characteristics of government WeChat, chief distinction with government micro-blog, the information dissemination mechanism, and how to expand the WeChat's influence is particularly important. however, the government WeChat in China is still in its infancy, the study on influence evaluation of government WeChat is relatively small.Therefore, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign literature,combined with the characteristics and development status of government WeChat, establishes the chief WeChat communication mechanism of three kinds of main body, three plane, interaction, starting five principles from oriented, scientific, objectivity, feasibility, combination with quantitative index and qualitative index ,constructs government WeChat influence evaluation index system with the regulate force, operating force,service force, the propagation force and growing force as the primary index. At the same time, we choose "safe Beijing" as an example, based upon the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, research influence evaluation from the view of quantitative,and based on 5W model, we analyze the influence of WeChat from the angle of qualitative and theoretical. Finally, with the results of this study,we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the influence of government WeChat.
