| In recent years,natural disasters such as earthquakes,tsunamis as well as major industrial accidents such as hazardous chemicals explosions,gas leaks occur frequently,so that people come to realize the importance of strengthening emergency management.The position and role of emergency plans in the emergency management is becoming more and more prominent.But emergency plans are shown mostly in the form of text,resulting in poor operability,non-intuitive information and other shortcomings.Therefore,the digitization and visualization of emergency plan is an important issue in emergency system research.With the development of virtual reality technology,using computer simulations to study the issue of emergency evacuation,intelligence analysis and assessment of emergency plans,can provide strong technical support for the emergency management department.Existing digital method for the structured plan is not detailed enough,it is difficult to meet the input data requirements of emergency evacuation simulation.And due to cumbersome and inefficient of the digitization process,it is difficult to achieve rapid generation of emergency plans in complex accident scenarios.Around large-scale evacuation simulation,this paper focuses on the study of the visual editing for emergency plans,and have obtained the following results:1)Designed an emergency plan model for the emergency evacuation simulationThe emergency plan model we design can be divided into two layers:foundation scenario layer and evacuation application layer.The background information of emergency evacuation concentrates in foundation scenario layer.Community scenarios and road network are semantically and hierarchically modeled,and used as the underlying data,to facilitate the evacuation simulation with digitized plan.Evacuation application layer mainly contains elements relating to the evacuation process,and is described by semantic elements in foundation scenario layer.This model divides the text and evacuation scenario reasonably,and uses relatively independent elements to describe evacuation plan,so that scheme editing process more clear.2)Proposed a visual editing method of emergency plansWe add respectively geometric feature,topology relationship to evacuation elements and background information,and make an electronic map with layers.Making the rules and constraints on certain properties of elements,we designed a semi-automated and interactive method for generating evacuation plans.Just a few simple interactions can be quickly digitized text scheme,and digital scheme can be directly used for evacuation simulation.3)Realized the semi-automatic algorithm and developed the setting system of emergency plansBased on the work above,this paper realized semi-automatic generation algorithm and plausibility check algorithm.We design and implement evacuation scheme members setting system based on GIS.Using this system,users can flexibly set different evacuation plan,and as well as it is visually shown and easy to be modified. |
