Emergency evacuation is an important part of reducing the hazards and damages of disasters.Emergency evacuation management is an important aspect of public safety.The research in this field is the focus of public and safety emergency management departments.The purpose is to rescue the most people in the least amount of time.Taking man-made and non-human-induced disasters such as fires and earthquakes as an example,the success of emergency evacuation at the time of an accident directly relates to the number of survivors,which is closely related to the safe evacuation design of buildings,evacuation environment,and evacuation plans.Contact.There are many intensive personnel and security risks in colleges and universities.Once disasters and accidents occur,the harm is immeasurable.Therefore,it is important and necessary to study the management of emergency evacuation in colleges and universities.Focusing on the optimization of evacuation effect,this paper selects a 6-story student apartment in a university as the research carrier,and summarizes the factors affecting the emergency evacuation time.Using Pathfinder evacuation simulation tool,design four research plans and apply control variables.The law explores the law of evacuation time,such as the number of evacuation,the number of exits,the width of the exit,the width of the stairs,etc.,in order to provide reasonable suggestions for the safe evacuation design of buildings and the optimization of evacuation environment.In addition,considering the emergency evacuation situation when the fire occurs,this paper uses the pyrosim fire simulation tool to design a working condition when the fire occurs,and measure the temperature,visibility and CO volume fraction of each stair point when the fire occurs to evaluate the building.The flue gas condition of different stairway parts on different floors,left middle and right sides realizes the local quantitative description of the available evacuation time(ASET)in different fire scenes,which helps to propose targeted countermeasures for fire evacuation management.Suggest.The study found that: 1,the number of evacuation and evacuation time is proportional,the congestion caused by the increase in evacuation will lead to the increase of the evacuation time consumption coefficient,2,for single-storey buildings,the increase in the number of safe exits is reduced,but for multi-storey buildings The number of safe exports increased,the evacuation time was almost unchanged,and the increase in the width of the exit was almost unchanged.4 In addition,the study also found that the wider staircase shared the evacuation when the density of the evacuated personnel was large.The effect is more obvious;5,for the fire evacuation scene when the fire occurs,the paper has made statistics on the time when the stairs are not conducive to evacuation,and has certain guiding significance for the path planning and rescue arrangement of fire evacuation.
