| The Young Pioneers Activity Course is the main channel for the Young Pione ers’ education,the main way for the Young Pioneers to pass on the party’ s ide ology,and an important way to cultivate the core qualities of the team members i n a collective organization.In 2015,the "Outline for the Implementation of the Y oung Pioneers Activity Course" promulgated by the League Central Committee cle arly stipulated the nature and development of the Young Pioneer Activity Course,but the specific setting and implementation effects of the course lacked a systemat ic investigation.In recent years,according to the existing literature,many practical problems have appeared in the on-site setting of the Young Pioneer activity cour ses in primary and secondary schools,such as insufficient class hours,insufficient curriculum implementation,and irregular courses.How should the Young Pioneer Activity Course be carried out?What are the problems in the implementation of the Young Pioneers Activity Curriculum in elementary schools?What are the cau ses of these factors?Which aspects should be continuously improved?This resear ch takes several representative primary schools in Wuhan as the research object,u ses literature research methods,interview methods,and observation methods to co nduct field research on the basis of theoretical analysis,find out the main proble ms existing in the current Young Pioneers activity curriculum,and propose solutio ns.This research mainly includes the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.The author first elaborated the origin and si gnificance of the research,through systematically combing the related literature of the Young Pioneers Activity Course,clearly defined the two core concepts of the curriculum implementation and the Young Pioneer Activity Course,and introduce d the research ideas and methods of this research in detail.The second part is the theoretical basis of the Young Pioneers Activity Cours e.In terms of teaching mode,this research uses empirical curriculum theory as th e theoretical basis,mainly from the four perspectives of curriculum purpose,curri culum content,curriculum format,and teacher-student perspective,expounds the te aching concept of empirical curriculum,and provides theories for the teaching of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum.Direction:In terms of curriculum construct ion,this study uses CIPP curriculum evaluation theory to evaluate the implementat ion and construction of the Young Pioneers’activity curriculum from the four di mensions of background,input,process,and results.The third part is the investigation of the status quo of the Young Pioneers A ctivity Course.This part mainly consists of survey design,survey results and inter view materials.The first half mainly introduces the purpose of this survey,the ba sic information of the research objects and the collection and arrangement process of interview materials;the second half mainly focuses on the implementation of courses,curriculum goals,curriculum development forms,curriculum evaluation sy stems,and curriculum resource development.As well as the six aspects of support courses from related departments,it systematically described the implementation of the Young Pioneer Activity Course.The fourth part is a rational examination and analysis of the reasons for the implementation of the Young Pioneers Activity Curriculum.Based on the theoretic al perspective of discipline construction,the author conducts a rational review of t he existing problems of the Young Pioneers Activity Curriculum,which are mainl y manifested in the deviation of the curriculum connotation category and function positioning,the lack of curriculum management system and system construction,the loss of curriculum teaching mode and subject consciousness.The author puts f orward that many problems in the implementation of the Young Pioneers’ activit y courses are mainly caused by the lack of educational administration,insufficient educational and teaching resources,and the low level of professionalization of co unselors.The fifth part is the solutions to the problems in the implementation of the Young Pioneers Activity Course.The author believes that to effectively improve th e development quality of the Young Pioneers’ activity courses and enhance the ed ucational value of the Young Pioneers’ activity courses,it is necessary for educati on administration departments,schools and counselors to form a joint effort to joi ntly promote the construction of the Young Pioneers’ activity courses. |
