| The Chinese Juvenile Pioneers("Young Pioneers" for short)is a mass organization for the party to train and educate children.Since the establishment of the team,it has always armed children in accordance with socialist ideas and held high the banner of the torch.In February 2021,the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Comprehensively Strengthening the Work of the Young Pioneers in the New Era" issued in the name of the Party Central Committee once again clarified the development path of the work of the Young Pioneers in the new era from a strategic perspective.The Young Pioneers activity curriculum is the carrier of the Young Pioneers’ education.Through the development of the Young Pioneers activities with clear themes and various forms,the seeds of truth,goodness and beauty will take root in the hearts of the Young Pioneers,and guide them to become dreamers on the road to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The theory of human development ecology pays attention to the ecological development of individuals and the interaction between humans and the environment,which provides a new perspective for this research.Therefore,In view of this,this research uses qualitative research methods such as observation and interviews advocated by human development ecology,along with the idea of asking questions-combing the literature-clarifying theories-analyzing problems-solving problems,research on the current situation of S elementary school Young Pioneers activity curriculum implementation.This research consists of four parts:The first part is the preface of the first chapter.This chapter expounds the reason for the topic selection,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods of this research.By combing the existing domestic and foreign literature of activity courses,Young Pioneers activity curriculum and the theory of human development ecology,the core concepts of this research are defined.The second part is the second chapter,which is the theoretical basis of this research.This chapter first elaborates the system framework of the theory of human development ecology,then combs the main points of the theory of human development ecology,and finally explains the relationship between the theory of human development ecology and the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,and is based on the theory of human development ecology,An ecosystem framework for studying the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum was built.The third part is the third and fourth chapters,that is,the discovery problem and analysis problem part of this research.The third chapter analyzes the status of the microsystem mesosystem esosystem macrosystem implemented by the S elementary school Young Pioneers activity curriculum through observation and interview methods.The fourth chapter summarizes its effectiveness and shortcomings based on the analysis of the status.The existing problems are: In the microsystem of the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,the Young Pioneers instructors have not fully guaranteed the player’s subjective status;In the mesosystem of the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,the role awareness of the Young Pioneers’ instructors was not accurately positioned;In the esosystem of the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,the degree of integration and utilization of curriculum resources was insufficient;In the macrosystem of the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,the Young Pioneers instructors do not have a deep understanding of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,which is the problem-solving part of this research.This chapter addresses the problems in the Young Pioneer Activity curriculum in S Elementary School,and based on the theory of human development ecology,puts forward the following suggestions: In the microsystem of the implementation of the Young Pioneer Activity curriculum,the Young Pioneer counselor should scientifically design activities to ensure the player’s initiative;In the mesosystem of the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,schools should explore the professional development model of counselors to enhance their role awareness;In the esosystemof the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,the school should mobilize the support of the group education system and social forces to enrich curriculum resources;In the macrosystem of the implementation of the Young Pioneers activity curriculum,the Young Pioneer counselor should update the education concept to deeply grasp the Young Pioneer Activity curriculum. |
