A Study On The Construction Of Rational Cyber Political Culture In China

With the popularity of the Internet and the rapid growth of the Internet users,the network in China's political and cultural fields has a pivotal component.In the era of big data,if ignoring the political and cultural reforms related to the network and the development of political culture in cyberspace,you will not meet the objective laws of social development.The traditional political culture has been changed through the network,it is completely breaking the traditional political information mechanism,enhancing the adequacy of the political and cultural connotation,expanding access to political information channels,innovating methods of political thoughts.Exploring the way to construct the rational cyber political culture is important,it is not only the supplement of the political culture theory,but also the objective requirement of the political development.What will happen if the political culture and the network contact collision? What are the basic meaning,basic structure and main features of the cyber political culture? What impact does the cyber political culture have on the political and cultural environment? What is the cause of the negative influence? What are the ways of rational and advanced cyber political culture? The above questions are the theme of this paper.In the first,the "network" and "political culture" are described.Next,I analyze the basic structure of the cyber political culture,including the information technology which is the representative of the scientific and technological factors,Internet users and cyber political information.The characteristics of cyber political culture have two aspects,one is continuing the characteristic,which are mainly concentrated in the high-tech,free,virtual and so on;The other is the development characteristic,which is the characteristic of the political culture in the process of its development.For a long time,the study of the academic tends to the "what",the researches on the overall impact in the course of the development,especially the positive and negative effects are not enough.This paper analyzes the influence of cyber political culture from two dimensions--the positive and negative effects,taking the influence of the mainstream political culture,political socialization,political stability as the standards.In the face of negative influence of irrational cyber political culture in China,we must do the logical analysis,we need to explore the causes of the problem before exploring the rational cyber political culture construction ways.When we explore the causes,we should mainly focus on the every basic structure of the irrational cyber political culture,including the information technology,Internet users,cyber political information.Finally,according to the causes,we explore the construction of rational cyber political culture,which are starting from the development of information technology,enhancing the political literacy of Internet users and spreading real and effective cyber political information and so on.From the perspective of politics,the network and political culture are basis of the cyber political culture research,we expatiate on the influence of cyber political culture by Internet users and network communication platform.On the basis of this,I put forward the ways to construct the advanced and rational cyber political culture,which aims to provide a green and orderly ecological environment.
